about

This is the fourth version of this album. The initial release was recorded throughout the month of February, 2007, for the RPM Challenge. A few of the songs that were on that first version would later be released on "Thirty-two bit isn't really eight bits better." I would have kept them on here, except that I used the same recording and I don't dig on that kind of redundancy.

All of the songs, minus "Seth's Knee", were recorded through my pedal line-up at the time onto a Tascam 4-track cassette recorder. Once the tapes were full, I connected the Tascam to my computer, recorded the songs into Garage Band and created digital versions from there. No digital mixing has been done to any of these songs (minus "Seth's Knee").
